Babita Shivdasani Kapoor, born on 20 April 1947, is a retired Bollywood actress active from 1966 to 1973. Daughter of actor Hari Shivdasani and cousin of Sadhana, she gained fame with Raaz (1967) and starred in hits like Farz, Kismat, Doli, and Kal Aaj Aur Kal. After marrying actor Randhir Kapoor in 1971, she quit films and became a homemaker. Babita is the mother of Bollywood actresses Karisma Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor.
