Sanghavi (born Kavya Ramesh) is an Indian former actress and model known for her work in Tamil and Telugu cinema. Active from 1993 to 2004, she appeared in over 80 films, including Amaravathi, Raasaiyya, Pelli Sandadi, Suryavamsam, and Mouna Poratam. Born in Mysore, Karnataka, to Dr. D.A. Ramesh and Ranjana, she is related to actress Aarathi. A trained dancer and badminton player, Sanghavi married IT professional Venkatesh in 2016 and returned to films with Kolanji (2019).
