Sanghavi (born Kavya Ramesh) is a prominent Indian former actress and model celebrated for her extensive career in South Indian cinema, primarily in Tamil and Telugu films. Active from 1993 to 2004, she starred in over 80 feature films, establishing herself as a leading star across Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada industries. Born in Mysore to a notable family (her father an ENT Professor, her aunt actress Aarathi), she debuted opposite Ajith Kumar in 1993’s Amaravathi. Sanghavi married IT professional Venkatesh in 2016 and the couple welcomed a daughter, Chanvi, in 2020.
