Sanghavi, originally named Kavya Ramesh, is a former Indian actress and model best known for her contributions to Tamil and Telugu cinema. Active between 1993 and 2004, she featured in more than 80 films, among them Amaravathi, Raasaiyya, Pelli Sandadi, Suryavamsam, and Mouna Poratam. Born in Mysore, Karnataka, to Dr. D.A. Ramesh and Ranjana, she shares family ties with actress Aarathi. A trained classical dancer and avid badminton lover, she married IT professional Venkatesh in 2016 and later returned to the screen with Kolanji (2019).
